Designed by Beck Architecture, this project encompasses both a model apartment and the communal amenities of a residential complex, including the pool, fitness center, and related social spaces. The design approach focuses on a holistic spatial composition that harmonizes aesthetic values with functionality and user comfort.

The model apartment is planned as a modern comfort zone, featuring clean-lined furniture, textured wall surfaces, and warm-toned flooring. Large glazing supports the natural flow of daylight within the volume, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while the combination of contrasting colors and materials imparts a balanced and inviting character.

In the design of social areas, the pool zone prioritizes tranquility and relaxation, whereas the fitness center emphasizes energy and movement. Material selections were made to reinforce both the aesthetic cohesion and the sustainability objectives of the concept.
